How do I log in to Neveo if I previously used Facebook?

Logging in to Neveo through Facebook is no longer available.

If you previously used your Facebook account to log in to Neveo, don't worry! You can still access your account and find all your journals! 😊

Simply use the email address associated with your Facebook account and reset your password.

How do I do this?

Just follow these steps:

1. Open the Neveo app.
2. Tap “Log in”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Facebook account.
4. Tap “Continue”.
5. Select “Forgot password?”.
6. Follow the instructions sent to you by email to reset your password.

How do I log in after resetting my password?

Once you've created your new password, you can log in to your Neveo account as usual.

To do this:

1. Open the Neveo app.
2. Tap “Log in”.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Tap “Continue”.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Tap “Log in”.

That's it! You can now access your Neveo account using your email address and new password, without going through Facebook.

Your journals, photos and subscriptions remain unchanged. 💙
