Neveo offers monthly and annual subscriptions with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Would you like to cancel because you don't have enough photos to share?
The number of photos included in your subscription is a maximum, not a minimum. You don't need to reach this limit for your journal to be printed.
We also offer smaller subscriptions that may better suit your needs:
- Mini: 6 photos per month.
- Basic: 18 photos per month.

If you still wish to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Through the Neveo app:
- Open the Neveo app.
- Select the relevant journal.
- Tap “Settings” (the blue gear icon in the top-right corner).
- Select “Subscription”.
- Scroll down to “Unsubscribe”.
- Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
Through the web app:
- Go to Neveo.io.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the relevant journal.
- Click “Settings” (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the “Subscription” section.
- Select “Unsubscribe”.
- Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
What happens after cancellation?
If you have a monthly subscription:
If you cancel during the month, your journal for that month will not be printed, unless it's your first journal.
For example, if you subscribe on May 7 and cancel during May, your May journal will still be sent. However, if you cancel in June, your June journal will not be sent.
If you have an annual subscription:
Since you've paid in advance, your subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period.
If you cancel during the final month of your subscription, your last journal will still be printed and sent.
If you cancel before the final month, you can continue using the remaining months you've already paid for. Your journals will continue to be sent during this period.
Unused months are non-refundable.
