Neveo offers monthly and annual subscriptions, with a 25% discount on annual subscriptions, for both A4 and A5 journal formats.
You can change your subscription at any time, free of charge.
Through the mobile app:
Open the journal whose subscription you want to change, tap the blue gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner, then select “Subscription” followed by “Edit”.
You can then choose the following options:
- Journal format: A5 or A4.
- Billing frequency: Monthly or annual subscription.
- Number of photos: 30 or 60 photos for A5, or 50, 100 or 180 photos for A4.
Good to know:
You can only switch to a subscription that allows more photos than the number you've already uploaded to your journal.
For example, if you have a 50-photo subscription and want to switch to 30 photos, you must have uploaded fewer than 30 photos at the time of the change.
However, if you'd like to upgrade to a subscription with 100 or 180 photos, you can do so without any issues!
