Once you have taken out a Neveo subscription, whether annual or monthly, it is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
So you don't need to do anything to renew.
However, this automatic renewal may be blocked because the payment details associated with your account are no longer up to date. They therefore need to be updated.
To unblock the situation, you need to enter your new bank details.
You can do this in the "Subscription" section of the application:
- Open the Neveo application.
- Click on the diary concerned.
- Click on Settings (represented by a blue bolt in the top right-hand corner).
- Select "Subscription".
- Scroll down to "Payment method".
- Click on 'Modify'.
- Enter your bank details.
- Once you have finished, click on 'Add another payment method'.
