You can update your payment information through both the Neveo app and the web app.
Through the Neveo app:
- Open the Neveo app.
- Select the relevant journal.
- Tap “Settings” (the blue gear icon in the top-right corner).
- Select “Subscription”.
- Scroll down to “Payment method”.
- Tap “Edit”.
- Enter your payment information.
- Once finished, tap “Add another payment method”.
Through the web app:
- Go to Neveo.io.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the relevant journal.
- Click “Settings” (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the “Subscription” section.
- Click “Payment history and payment methods”.
- Select “Wallet”.
- Click “Add a payment method”.
- Enter your payment details and save your changes.
