You will receive an email informing you that your gift box's 6-month subscription is coming to an end. You will then be invited to renew your subscription if you wish to continue enjoying Neveo.
To check your account's expiration date, open the Neveo mobile app and go to the “Subscription” section of your journal.
To access the “Subscription” section, follow these steps:
- Open the Neveo app.
- Select the relevant journal.
- Tap Settings (represented by a blue gear icon in the top-right corner).
- Select “Subscription”.
The expiration date will be displayed on this page.
Once this date has passed, you will have the option to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan.
