You can activate your Neveo gift box in either of two ways:
- Using the Neveo app on your smartphone or tablet
- Using the Neveo Webapp in any internet browser on your computer, smartphone or tablet
1. Choose how to access Neveo
- The app: Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), search for “Neveo” and install the app.
- The Webapp: Simply open your internet browser and go to app.neveo.io. No installation required!
2. Use your activation key
- Open the Neveo app or web app.
- Click on “My account”.
- Click on “Activate a card/gift box” and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter an activation key, which is a code made up of letters and numbers. You can find it on the activation card inside the gift box.
If the gift box was purchased in a physical store, activation may take up to 24 hours.
3. Follow the instructions and create your journal
Once your gift box has been activated, fill in the requested information to complete the creation of your Neveo account and journal.
Don't forget to add the journal's delivery address!
4. Invite contributors
Your journal has been created! Take some time to explore Neveo and invite your family members to contribute to the journal. They can use either the app or the web app, whichever they prefer.

5. Add your family photos
You're all set! You can now add your photos from your smartphone or computer, optionally including a description. Your journal closes at midnight on the last day of each month.
