- The brand and model of the smartphone you are using (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S8);
- The page on which you are experiencing difficulties (e.g. homepage, picture page);
- The action triggering the issue, and what exactly is happening once the action has occurred (e.g. when I click on a picture, another page opens indicating the picture as “unloaded”).
