Right of withdrawal following the purchase of gift boxes from the Neveo Shop online store:
When purchasing a gift box from https://shop.neveo.io/, Neveo allows customers to benefit from the statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period to return a product they are not satisfied with, without penalty or additional fees, except for return shipping costs. This period begins on the day the customer's order is delivered.
Within this period, the customer must notify Neveo's Customer Service team of their decision to return the item by sending an email to hello@neveo.io. The customer then has a maximum of 14 days to return the items to Neveo at the following address:

This right of withdrawal will only be accepted for items received by Neveo in the same condition as when they were originally delivered and in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, stained, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. In the event of abusive returns, Neveo reserves the right to refuse future orders.
Neveo recommends that customers use a reliable carrier to return their products. We strongly advise returning goods by registered post or with a tracking number and, where applicable, taking out insurance with the carrier to cover the market value of the products. Neveo accepts no responsibility for risks associated with the carrier handling the return of the product(s).
The value of the returned items will be refunded using the payment method agreed upon with the customer or issued as store credit to be deducted from one or more subsequent orders.
Neveo aims to issue cash refunds for all eligible withdrawal requests within 30 days.
