Standard delivery
- Available for shipments throughout Europe.
- Delivery fee: €5.
- Your order will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
Colissimo pickup point delivery
- Available for shipments to France only.
- Delivery fee: €5.
- Your order will be delivered to a pickup point within 3 to 4 business days, rather than directly to the recipient's address.
The advantage? The recipient does not need to be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. They simply need to collect it from the selected pickup point within 15 days of delivery. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.

Chronopost delivery
- Available for shipments to France and Belgium only.
- Delivery fee: €12.
- Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days, with a tracking number. If you place your order before 11 a.m., it will be delivered the following day.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery, so someone must be present to receive the parcel. If nobody is available, you can either reschedule delivery to the same address or have the parcel delivered to the nearest pickup point.
