A Neveo subscription can be monthly-based or annually-based.
If you choose a monthly subscription, it will work that way: the first debit will be triggered as soon as you subscribe. The first month is therefore directly paid on the day of subscription. For the following months, however, the card debit will be triggered on the last day of the month.
For example, if you subscribe to a monthly package on May 7th:
- The first payment will be done on that day. The May journal will be closed and sent at the beginning of June.
- The next payment will not be processed until the last day of the next month, i.e. June 30th. This will be the payment for June, which means that, before that date, the journal can be created but is not planned for printing. It will only be sent to the printer if you are in order of payment at the closing of the journal, which is the last day of the month at midnight.
The difference between the first month and the following months is important if you wish to unsubscribe. You can find more information about this here.
If you decide to go for an annual subscription, the payment is directly triggered and starts on the ongoing month. Therefore, you can start creating your journal immediately.
For example, if you subscribe on May 7, the first month of the annual subscription is May, and the May journal will be sent in early June. The subscription will be automatically renewed after a year.
