If your journal has not arrived by the end of the next month, please check that :
- You have received confirmation emails regarding the closing, layout, printing and shipping of the journal (they may have slipped through to your spambox);
- The name and address of the recipient are correctly encoded. To do so, on the mobile app, go to the recipient's profile by tapping “...’s profile”. On a computer, click on “...’s network” in the top right corner, then, on “...’s profile”;
- The recipient has not confused his first Neveo journal with advertisement. It is delivered in a white envelope printed with a blue Neveo logo.
If your elder lives in a retirement home, you might want to check with their personnel.
If after all these verifications, the journal still is nowhere to be found, contact us, we will print it again for free! All you have to do is indicate the month and journal which needs reprinting.
