When will my journal be finalized, printed and sent?

Neveo is very simple! Once you've added your photos and captions, there's nothing else you need to do. We take care of everything: the layout, printing and mailing of your journal.

All journals are automatically finalized at midnight on the last day of each month. They are then printed and sent by post. You cannot change the dates on which your journal is finalized, printed or sent, nor can you cancel its delivery.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to extend the deadline for completing a journal. However, you can always contact us so we can find a solution together.

As a reminder, the number of photos included in your subscription is a maximum, not a minimum you need to reach.

Your journal should arrive approximately 10 business days after the beginning of the following month. Please allow up to 10 additional business days if the recipient does not live in one of the following countries: United States, Canada, France, United Kingdom or Belgium.

You will receive an email at each stage of the process (finalization and layout, printing and dispatch).

Not receiving these emails? Please check:

  • That the subscription payment for the relevant journal is up to date. In the mobile app, go to “Subscription”. In the web app, select the relevant journal, then click “Settings”.
  • That the email address linked to your account is correct. In the mobile app, go to “My profile”. In the web app, click “My account”.
  • That the emails haven't ended up in your spam or junk folder.

Were you unable to complete your journal because of a technical issue?

If you experienced a problem with the mobile app, please send us a screenshot of the page where the issue occurs.

Please also provide the following information:

  • The brand and model of the phone you're using (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S8).
  • The page where the issue occurs (e.g. the home page or the page displaying your photos).
  • The action that triggers the issue and exactly what happens (e.g. when I tap a photo, another page opens and the photo appears as “not loaded”).
