What are the benefits of the referral program?
The Neveo referral program offers the following benefits:
- For the referred friend: 2 months of a Neveo subscription for free using the referral code.
- For the referrer: a €10* credit on their Neveo account, provided the referred friend continues their subscription into the third month.
How do I refer someone?
To share your referral code, follow these steps:
- Open the Neveo app.
- Tap “Account” in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- At the bottom of the page, select “Invite a friend and get €10”.
- Read the referral terms and conditions, then tap “Invite a friend”.
- Choose how you'd like to share your code (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.).
- Select the person you'd like to invite.
Your friend will receive a message containing your referral code, which starts with the letter R.
How do I use a referral code?
After downloading the Neveo app and creating an account, your referred friend can enter the referral code in two ways:
- In the “I have a promo code” section of the app.
- When subscribing to a plan, before completing the payment.
Once the code has been validated, your friend will receive 2 months free.
What are the referral conditions?
- You can share your referral code with multiple people.
- Each referred friend can only use a referral code once.
- The referred friend must be a new Neveo user who doesn't already have an account.
- The referred friend receives 2 months of their subscription for free.
- The referrer receives a €10 credit* when the referred friend continues their subscription into the third month.
- The credit is automatically deducted from the referrer's next Neveo invoice(s), once the referred friend starts paying for their subscription in the third month (M+3).
The currency may vary depending on your country. The credit amount is €10, £10 or $10, depending on the applicable currency.
