You can modify the recipient’s postal address whenever you want using the mobile app or a computer.
On the mobile app, go to “...’s profile”, and edit recipient’s address. Then, click on “Save”.
Be careful to properly fill in the cells:
- "Name on the mailbox": full name of the recipient as it appears on the mailbox;
- "Street, number, ZIP code, City, Country": address elements;
- "Street address line 2": name of the institution, box number, ... This cell is for any additional detail that should be added to the address.
On a computer, click on “...’s network” in the top right corner. Then, click on “...’s profile” and edit the postal address.
